If you need to cancel a session, please notify me (your coach) at least two business days (48 hours ) before your appointment. You can do so by leaving me an email at coaching@dralyssaherzig.com. If you do not provide 48 hours’ notice, I cannot schedule anyone else for the time set aside for you. For this reason, you will be asked to pay a fee equal to the cost of the missed session. If you need to cancel at the last minute due to an emergency, you will be exempt from paying the cost of the session. As sessions are time reserved for you, I will be available on the call for the duration of our scheduled session, so please feel free to arrive late. Of course, if you expect to be late, a courtesy notice will be helpful.
